Bob interconnected math and poetry to make great poems.  Here are some of his works.

The Mathemagician’s Drift: A Bob Yu Dungola Poem

Math

So endless, methodical

So complete, problems remain unsolved

Problems, but not real issues

They need to be answered

Give them an answer, really please do!

You argue ,”Endlessness I can’t answer.”

Writing

So complete, but yet so free

With an end, but still with no borders

Doesn’t need one, yet it does

The world restricts us, though

Writing has no end, yet is finite

Complicated, yet is meaningful

Math and writing

Complicated, yet is meaningful

So endless, methodical

You argue ,”Endlessness I can’t answer.”

So complete, but yet so free

Pieces of the puzzle show writing and math make a good pair

Perfect.

The window is not open: Where Forgotten Thoughts Go: A Lined Pots Poem

The window is not open

Ideas are trapped, floating inside

They seem to be a big waste

Ideas running from you in haste

You keep at it, abide

Your brain’s tide stole away

With your wonderful thoughts

Washed away to the shore

Of mighty river Styx

The time ruthlessly ticks

All the giants and creatures tongues lick

At your ideas inside

And their digestive system’s thick paste

That your thoughts will abide

Your thoughts were took by lunatics

The ideas booked in politics

And your dwellings just in the mix

Everything is down

Your thoughts lost forever

You seem to have taken sides

And your thoughts just should get a fix

And your thoughts just should get a fix

Sleeve up, thoughts have tricks

You seem to have taken sides

The ideas booked in politics

All the giants and creatures tongues lick

Of mighty river Styx

The time ruthlessly ticks

Your thoughts were took by lunatics

With your wonderful thoughts

The window is not open

Your brain’s tide stole away
